RETURN POLICY AND NOTICE OF QUALITY
SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, I am offering free shipping as a thank you for my first online launch.
This formula is likely to change over the course of my business growth and the price of shipping will apply to subsequent inventory.
*Additional shipping charges will apply to locations outside of the continental US. Please inquire prior to purchase if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or abroad.
DAMAGE POLICY
Shipping and packaging fragile items like artwork is hazardous and damage does happen.
I do my best to securely wrap breakable items and take all safety precautions to be sure your purchase arrives safety. Unfortunately, once an item has left my hands- I have no control over the journey of your item.
Should you receive a damaged item, I will do my best to assist in the insurance claim from the mail carrier for refunds. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the package carrier. (UPS, USPS or FED EX GROUND)
If such an incident occurs you must clearly photograph the broken item and the box it arrived in within 24 hours of receiving. There might be additional steps that must be taken from you to assist in the refund process.
As an independent handmade artist, I generally do not offer returns on my artwork. If you are unsatisfied with your item- I am very sorry it did not meet your expectations. If this happens, please contact me on a case by case basis, un-used, undamaged pottery (ceramics only) can be returned with return shipping at buyers expense and a 15% restocking fee. Item must be in perfect condition for re-sale.
To begin that process, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item for send-back approval. Please note- Not All Items will be accepted for returns. Damaged or used items will not be refunded, no exceptions.
NOTICE
If you are purchasing work directly from artists, please understand you are acquiring one-of-a-kind perfectly imperfect artwork. This includes but not limited to, specks, lumps, bumps, drips, difference in form, texture, shape or color. Please keep this in mind prior to purchasing artwork and supporting handcrafted items.
LOCAL PICK-UP
Local pickup is available! If you would like to pick up your online order, please check "local pickup' at check out and USE LOCALPK AS THE CODE This discount code is only for pickup orders. If you do not enter the promo code at checkout the discount will not be applied!
You can also shop during IN PERSON sale events/markets. Check out the calendar for seasonal pop-up sales.
*If you are local, (Southern Rhode Island) and interested in purchasing items that exceed total sale value of $100.00, delivery is available for a small fee. Please contact me.
